Overview:

The Member Enrollment Specialist will help underserved populations see the value of joining an innovative program that has proven success in helping members live happier and healthier lives. You will be given a list of perspective health plan members, where rather than taking a hard sell approach, you will educate and motivate members with the goal of engaging and enrolling them into our Ontrak program (expected 125+ calls per day). We are looking for someone who is motivated, has a passion and urgency to serve customers, and one who works well with their other team members; all from the comfort of your home office.

In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll have additional earning potential through monthly incentives. Essential Functions:
  • Outreach to perspective health plan members with the goal of engaging and enrolling into the OnTrak program (expected 125+ calls per day)
  • Attend trainings as needed
  • Documentation and keep records regarding all interaction with members
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required: High school diploma
Preferred: Associate's Degree
Preferred: 1 or more years of experience in outbound sales to consumers
  • Must be technically savvy and able to utilize multiple applications at one time.
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Great phone presence, including the ability to:
    • A demonstrated ability to establish trust quickly
    • Ability to overcome objectives and be persuasive over the phone
    • Engage and motivate using patience and conversational approach
    • Convey confidence and a positive attitude
  • $20 an hour + Commission
Our remote opportunities require:
  • A quiet, private, distraction-free home office work environment
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection (cable, DSL, or fiber) with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload. Most positions will require that you be hard-wired to your internet access and Wi-Fi will be disabled. Traveling with your computer is not allowed unless travel is required for the position.
  • Discipline to work from home while following a set schedule
  • Background check clearance
