- Ensure that the Kitchen is organize and clean.
- Clean stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators, freezer and using cleaning solutions, brushes and wash cloths, clean the dining area.
- Inspect kitchen equipment for cleanliness and order improvement of efficiency.
- Restock supplies for cooks.
- Clean and sanitize the working Kitchen Area. (Tables, walls, chiller & freezer)
- Operate dishwasher and clean general kitchen area.
- Clean sanitize and put away dishes using various commercial dishwashers.
- Perform janitorial services.
- Maintain and clean the Dishwashing Machine.
- Report & record all lost & breakages to Head Cook/Cafeteria Canteen Supervisor.
- Make Schedule for weekly general cleaning at kitchen.
- Clean the floor daily, drained the grease trap.
- All garbage must send to garbage area of the hotel.
- Pick up Ice Cubes daily.
