Kitchen Steward [Philippines]


 

  • Ensure that the Kitchen is organize and clean.
  • Clean stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators, freezer and using cleaning solutions, brushes and wash cloths, clean the dining area.
  • Inspect kitchen equipment for cleanliness and order improvement of efficiency.
  • Restock supplies for cooks.
  • Clean and sanitize the working Kitchen Area. (Tables, walls, chiller & freezer)
  • Operate dishwasher and clean general kitchen area.
  • Clean sanitize and put away dishes using various commercial dishwashers.
  • Perform janitorial services.
  • Maintain and clean the Dishwashing Machine.
  • Report & record all lost & breakages to Head Cook/Cafeteria Canteen Supervisor.
  • Make Schedule for weekly general cleaning at kitchen.
  • Clean the floor daily, drained the grease trap.
  • All garbage must send to garbage area of the hotel.
  • Pick up Ice Cubes daily.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 5 months

Salary: From Php570.00 per day

  • 8 hour shift
  • Shift system

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
