Finance Administrator - Health Services [Ireland]

The team is currently recruiting a Finance administrator who will be responsible for the following:


  • Assist in nominal ledger analysis.
  • Generating monthly invoices.
  • Reconciliation of month end client reports.
  • Recovery of client disbursements to include liaising with client for approval in advance of invoicing.
  • Manage Cost Recovery System and liaising with client regarding invoice queries.
  • Arranging payment to suppliers/expert witnesses
  • Manage third party costs negotiations
    • Act as direct point of contact between F/E and client and third party solicitor
    • Review third party costs and assess for payment
    • Negotiating third party costs to achieve most reasonable outcome for client
    • Submitting costs for payment
    • Tracking costs and keeping detailed records of negotiations for reporting purposes
  • Perform other ad hoc finance duties as required.
