Director - Consumer Access

The Director of Consumer Access provides strategic leadership required to develop and execute a system-wide consumer access strategy. Responsible for developing business insights and the customer 360 journey. Ensures full alignment of all hospital properties with NYP’s overall strategic direction. Serves as a subject matter expert, responsible for the integration and implementation of a broad range of consumer access solutions across NYP Enterprise.

  • Provides strategic leadership and operates as an expert on consumer access to Senior Leadership team in support of business goals and objectives
  • Partners with Hospital and Clinical Leadership to develop and coordinate a comprehensive consumer access strategy
  • Directs the coordination of a System-wide process, including development of policies and procedures to align, integrate and standardize access.
  • Develops and oversees the organizations Access to Care business insights and Customer 360 pillar initiative.
  • Collaborates with IT and Marketing Leadership on leveraging emerging technologies and infrastructure to develop customer relationship management solutions (CRM) for Contact Center

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s degree
  • Previous experience with Salesforce

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience in access management, improvement and innovation.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop excellent and effective working relationships with Senior Management, Clinical Leadership and Prospective Donors
  • Effective in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct senior level meetings
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills

Salary Range:

$160,000-$190,000/Annual
