Partnership track position with large, well-established, stable 80 physician, no CRNA group. Superb quality and unfailing committ! ment to fair treatment of physicians; extremely low turnover. Resort town with great climate, year-round hiking/biking/tennis/golf; world class culture & resorts, excellent public schools, etc. First year income is productivity-based, at 71-77% of Partner income. If productivity is average, first year income would be roughly $250K (not B/C'd), $270K (B/C'd). Estimated first year range $180K - $325K, based on productivity and board status. Full financial partnership after 12 months, full stockholder/partner status after 18 months. NO SEARCH FIRMS PLEASE...
NOTE: At this time we do not expect to hire any physicians for 2013 starts but do expect 1 - 2 openings in 2014.
