PARTNERSHIP TRACK POSITION. Becomi! ng a partner in the group involves working 2.5 years (which includes 10 weeks vacation/year) for a salary. At the end of this time, you would be eligible for partnership and would then work on a fee-for-service arrangement as the rest of the partners do. You would share in OR and OB call, which combined averages every 4th night. (including weekends).
