Job Description


The role

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager to join our team in Klang.

As the Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will:

  • Schedule, manage Truck/Fleet repair & maintenance program to adhere & meet with TOLL Transport Operations’ operational and delivery requirements
  • Fulfilment of TOLL's Business Distribution Requirements on Truck/Fleet maintenance and availability
  • Identify/understand TOLL Transportation needs, demands and market challenges
  • Monitor, analyze, control and optimize Operational Costs i.e. Truck/Fleet Maintenance, Fuel, T&G & Unscheduled Breakdowns/Major Repairs
  • Monitoring and ensuring Truck/Fleet Maintenance complies with Safety Requirements and Policies
  • Maintain and monitor required Trucks/Fleet Repair & Maintenance Records and documentation, and proactively manage schedules according to TOLL & Customers Transport Operations Requirements


Qualifications


About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management, Transportation Management, Business Studies or equivalent qualification.
  • Contract Management working experience, recommended within Transport Operations.
  • Preferably with 4-5 years’ experience in private sector Logistics or Transportation Business Units.
  • Readiness to remain available for Quick Business-Continuity Discussion after regular work hours.
