1:4 call from home, 30 min response time

• 4 OR's (typically run 3 OR's + procedure room)
• Expected comp $390K - $425K
• MALPRACTICE PAID!
• 8 weeks off

***Strong Regional/Ortho skills REQUIRED***

***MUST be Board Certified***

***MUST have an AZ license or be able to obtain one by August 1, 2013***
