Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Communicate clearly with customers in person while maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed
  • Properly prepare for appointments by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings
  • Professionally represent our clients as an ambassador to their vision, driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction
  • Develop effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins
  • Educate consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family
  • Efficiently navigate order entry system and schedule dates as necessary

Requirements as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relations
  • Self-starter who approaches their profession with integrity and passion
  • Enthusiasm for making a difference in consumers lives
  • Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as a member of a team
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights or weekends
  • Highly persuasive, customer-centric, courteous, self-disciplined and honest work ethic
  • Unrivaled interpersonal skill with the ability to overturn objections and close any sale

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
