We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly on their feet. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management on customer service issues.
