POSITION SUMMARY:

Manages all product data for all categories on iCuracao.com

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist with general data entry.
  • Enter and set up promotional activity, Instant Rebates, Trailing Credits.
  • Follow up on outstanding debit memo claims, secure credits from vendors in timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with accounting to process outstanding vendor fund/claim credits, ACH and checks.
  • Help reconcile and audit monthly IRTC claims, identify missed opportunities.
  • Log in to vendor portal(s) follow up on claim requirements, fulfill requirements to secure credits.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 year experience in the field.
  • Proven Data entry skills
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Microsoft tools, specially Excel is a must.
  • Proven Data entry skills
  • Able to multitask, think and act quickly, meet deadlines and maintain a professional demeanor in a busy office environment

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • English - Fluent written and spoken
  • Spanish - Fluent written and spoken

COMPUTER SKILLS/TOOLS:

  • Good written and communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Skype, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Good typing skills
  • Fax, scanner, printer, phone, etc.
