POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages all product data for all categories on iCuracao.com
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist with general data entry.
 - Enter and set up promotional activity, Instant Rebates, Trailing Credits.
 - Follow up on outstanding debit memo claims, secure credits from vendors in timely fashion.
 - Collaborate with accounting to process outstanding vendor fund/claim credits, ACH and checks.
 - Help reconcile and audit monthly IRTC claims, identify missed opportunities.
 - Log in to vendor portal(s) follow up on claim requirements, fulfill requirements to secure credits.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year experience in the field.
 - Proven Data entry skills
 - Highly detail oriented
 - Microsoft tools, specially Excel is a must.
 - Proven Data entry skills
 - Able to multitask, think and act quickly, meet deadlines and maintain a professional demeanor in a busy office environment
 
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- English - Fluent written and spoken
 - Spanish - Fluent written and spoken
 
COMPUTER SKILLS/TOOLS:
- Good written and communication skills in English and Spanish
 - Basic computer literacy
 - Basic Excel knowledge
 - Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Skype, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
 - Good typing skills
 - Fax, scanner, printer, phone, etc.
