Learning & Development cum Admin Executive [Malaysia]


 

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to create sales strategies and plans that align to sales objectives.
  • Understand and identify needs of the market trends and subsequently, develop training programs package for sales team to promote.
  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors (trainers) to develop and deliver training.
  • Meets sales training financial objectives by forecasting sales training requirements
  • Develops & maintains resources such as libraries and databases of training programs, trainer and event venues.
  • Achieves sales training operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans implement and assess training quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as and when needed.
  • Liaise & establish new contacts of hotel/corporate trainers/vendors for any project or campaign.
  • Assist in sourcing items/vendors for corporate events and ensure the items are delivered accordingly.
  • To liaise with clients on the confirmed program and follow up closely regarding its statues of application / training ad-hocs / pre-documentations / post documentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
