Our client is the global Water Quality Platform. The position provides candidates an excellent opportunity to develop problem-solving skills, leadership and acquire business strategy knowledge. We are looking for a commercial person with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in similar fields to grab the growth opportunities in this growing segment.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet customers to understand their needs/requirements and propose Service solutions accordingly.
- Maintain and Expand business opportunities.
- Develop Service contract products and pricing.
- Review and negotiate of Service contract terms and conditions.
- Use SFDC for effective funnel management and booking/shipment forecast.
- Prepare booking/shipment data and monthly reports.
- Identify business growth opportunities.
- Collect customer satisfaction feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist to develop Service job standard work, checklists, and relevant documentation.
- Develop Service business and achieve high growth of Service revenue in Thailand.
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years of experience preferably in the instrumentation industry and customer support.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (instrumentation, chemical and allied streams).
- At least 4 years of experience in technical sales of items to customers ( on-field or office-based job).
- Above average written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations and business teams.
