  • What this Job Entails:
  • ● The Data Center Logistics Analyst I has a background in inventory management, logistics orshipping operations within a Data Center or Colocation environment. This individual will need to be able to execute and track deliveries, RMA’s, change orders, understand Bill of Materials (BOM), packing slips and serve as a liaison between our vendors, contractors, and 3rd party agencies. This individual is responsible for the data integrity and asset management of all assets within the Data Center. They will receive and create work orders in a standard ticketing system and provide clear, timely, and appropriate communication and management of all transactions.
  • Scope:

○ Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
○ Several years of experience and a good grasp of their specialty
○ Works on problems of a diverse scope
○ Receives limited instruction on day-to-day work, general instruction on newassignments
○ Can multitask while maintaining the details and a high level of situational awareness

  • Your Roles and Responsibilities:

○ Perform inventory lifecycle management within the Data Center and respectivewarehouse
○ Follow logistics plans and procedures, risk identification, and inventory managementprotocols and procedures.
○ Administer new Part Number (PN) set-up for parts and components.
○ Assist in the develop and refinement of, and maintain processes and documentationthat capture and distribute the processes and policies for executing safe, effectivelogistics operations in a Data Center environment
○ Participate in inventory reconciliation process to identify risk, manage obsolescence, and correct errors impacting product movement
○ Generate charts and reports as required to demonstrate metric and KPI trends on a monthly or quarterly basis.
○ Coordinate the implementation of Internal Subsystem Bill of Materials (BOM) and Top-Level Assemblies (TLA).
○ Work with client stakeholders to develop logistics concepts and coordinate product knowledge.

  • Required Qualifications/Skills:

○ Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 1 to 2 years’ relatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
○ Knowledge with Supply Chain and Inventory management models

  • ○ Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
  • ○ Experience following logistics process mapping and workflow documentation
  • ○ Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtainingsolutions
  • ○ Knowledge of creating part numbers, configuration management, and bill ofmaterials BOM
  • ○ Excellent documentation, writing, organization, and verbal communication skills
  • ○ Basic knowledge of materials and components in a production Data Centerenvironment
  • ○ Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) structures, Inventory control systems andprocesses, and audit practices
  • ○ Excellent organization skills and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing workenvironment.
  • ○ Experience with Microsoft and Google software suites
  • Preferred Qualifications:

○ Skills Preferred: Import/Export licensing knowledge project management experiencedesigning ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) flows
○ Experience with ERP, Oracle, Excel of other forms of logistics and inventory/materialmanagement systems
○ Experience in a Data Center environment
○ Familiarity with ServiceNow

  • Physical Demand & Work Environment:

○ Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolongedsitting or standing
○ Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs and use pallet jacks
○ Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
○ Must be able to use a computer
○ Must have the ability to communicate effectively
○ Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of thewrists, hands, and/or fingers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €26,000.00-€31,000.00 per year
