This is a partnership track position. Becoming a partner in the group typically i! nvolves working 92 weeks (two years with 6 weeks of vacation each year) for a salary. At the end of this time, you would be eligible for partnership and would then work on a fee-for-service arrangement as the rest of the partners do. You would share in OR and OB call, which combined averages every 4th night. (including weekends).
