Your Impact:


We’re seeking a Junior Level Project Controls Professional to support various projects and project managers within our Environmental Services Energy Portfolio. You’ll be financial support to our Project Controls team and Project Managers to ensure project financial goals are achieved for each project. The best part is you can live anywhere within the United States and work remotely as well. Ideally, you’ll live in the North West Region to support our team successfully. We’ll lean on you to provide detailed project financial analysis for multiple projects, by scheduling, managing, and preparing budgets for monthly project review process. You’ll also assist project teams in development of project proposals and pricing, completion of project initiation documents and submit for approval. In addition, you’ll review contract terms & conditions and apply project control tools/principles to optimize financial outcomes.

Additional Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate work breakdown structure development with project team.
  • As needed, setup, maintain and monitor project financials in our internal project controls system and compare against budget.
  • Review project invoices and back up to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain contract change logs for prime and subcontracts.
  • Interact with Project Controllers, Project Managers, Accounting Department, and Staff.
  • Update and maintain various project-specific reports as requested.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the industry.
  • Proficient Excel skill set.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (including grammar, spelling)
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work with detailed daily time tracking.
  • Efficiency under time constraints, within a remote team in multiple time zones, to complete tasks with moderate direction or supervision.
  • Ability to be well organized, detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as successfully within a team environment.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.
  • An aptitude to learn and grow with our team.
  • A high level of initiative with a proactive, collaborative attitude and approach to daily activities.
