Seeking someone who is motivated, qualified, and equipped to do phone pre-sales/ appointment setting from home for our company.
We develop leads for our clients who are Financial Advisors that help seniors transition from market-based investments and into secure investments.
Experience in this field will be a HUGE benefit to you.
Basically, we have big lists of people looking for help with their retirement, we will train you with our system to reach them, then your job is to follow our process to connect with them, uncover their worries about retirement, qualify them, and pitch them on an appointment with one of our Retirement Advisors.
You do not have to close anything, simply establish their concerns, take good notes, make a personal connection and pave the way for the sales team to take the next steps with them.
Interested? Good, we want to hire 2 people ASAP for this position.
Must be available from 10am-8pm (Pacific), you will work two 3-4 hour shifts in this window with a few hours break in between.
If you have never sold anything over the phone this is probably not the job for you.
This job is hourly while you are in training, and then you can qualify for healthy bonuses based on performance.
If you can't BOTH follow a script AND enter into a natural conversation to engage them and lead them into scheduling an appointment, this is not the right fit for you
20-25 hours/ week to start, but if you are proficient, this can easily grow into 35-40 hours per week.
Please note, a big element of this is going to be learning a script and being able to make it "your own" so that you follow the flow of it and make it sound natural and engaging.
90% of good selling is listening, so you need to be able to connect with people over their concerns and guide them into an appointment with our advisors.
