** This is a CONTRACT position
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Conducts compensation data analysis including modeling and costing to assess the financial impact of compensation investments
  • Provides insights and recommends options to solve strategic business objectives related to compensation programming
  • Conducts analysis of internal and external market data, and makes recommendations regarding compensation plan design changes
  • Assists with the administration of salary and bonus programs, including development of communication materials, evaluating salary and bonus recommendations from managers, preparing and validating summary reports for senior management
  • Provides compensation project support to Sr Consultants to include advanced excel data analysis, job analysis and development of communication materials

SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent
  • Certified Compensation Professional CCP preferred
  • 3 plus years of related compensation experience
  • Advanced spreadsheet and word processing computer application experience (Word, Excel, Access and HRIS programs)
  • Strong organizational, project management and communication skills

** This is a CONTRACT position

This contract position has a base pay range of $38 - $58 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms.
