Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Develop and implement safety procedures and policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Investigate accidents and incidents and provide recommendations for improvement
- Train and educate staff on safety procedures and practices
- Conduct regular safety meetings with all staff and subcontractors
- Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment are provided and maintained in good working condition
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry in Singapore
- Good knowledge of local safety regulations and industry standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
