Only 2 1/2 hrs from Las Vegas, 3 1/2 hrs from Phoenix, AZ and 3 1/2 hrs from the Grand Canyon ***MUST have proficiency in Spinals and Epidurals... MUST have continuous practice...

Location: Lake Havasu City, Arizona

Description: ApolloMD is in need of CRNA right now, this position will be reside in Arizona. Further informations about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions.

• Practice in the beautiful Southwest in Lake Havasu City, AZ
• NO nights, NO call, NO weekends

• $92.50/hour with 6 hr minimum

MALPRAC! TICE PAID FOR!!!!!!

• Only 2 1/2 hrs from Las Vegas, 3 1/2 hrs from Phoenix, AZ and 3 1/2 hrs from the Grand Canyon

***MUST have proficiency in Spinals and Epidurals***

***MUST have continuous practice history w/o major gaps, due to acuity and volume cases***

***MUST have AZ license or have on in process and be able to start ASAP***
