- Practice in the beautiful Southwest in Lake Havasu City, AZ
- LIFESTYLE FT CRNA position (NO nights, NO call, NO weekends)
- Bread & Butter, General Surgery, Ortho, Neuro, GI, OB
- 5 - 6 weeks off/yr
- $12! 0K - $145K + strong benefits
- Only 2 1/2 hrs from Las Vegas, 3 1/2 hrs from Phoenix, AZ and 3 1/2 hrs from the Grand Canyon
***MUST have continuous practice history w/o major gaps, due to acuity and volume of cases***
***MUST have AZ license or have one in process and be able to start by 4/1/13***
